The Rubber Plantations are the backbone of the Company. Spread over 6452 Ha. in 8 estates in virgin fertile forest land leased out from Forest Department and planted with high yielding varieties of rubber. By extend, most of the estates are largest in Asia. All Plantations are blessed with natural beauty and panoramic view.

Kodumon Estate

The estate is located in Pathanamthitta District in Kerala. The estate is spread over 1202 Ha. The estate gives employment to 268 Tappers, 76 Field workers, 41 staff and 7 Officers.

Chandanapally Estate

The estate is located in Pathanamthitta District in Kerala. The estate is spread over 1655 Ha. The estate has on its roll 248 Tappers, 79 Field workers, 35 staff and 5 Officers.

Thannithode Estate

The estate is located in Pathanamthitta District in Kerala. The estate is spread over 668 Ha.The estate has 161 Tappers, 40 Field workers, 22 staff and three Officer in its work force.

Kallala Estate

The estate is located in Ernakulam District in Kerala. The estate is spread over 1592 Ha. The estate gives employment to 249 Tappers, 126 Field workers, 52 staff and 7 Officers.

Athirappilly Estate

The estate is located in Ernakulam District in Kerala. The estate is spread over 2195 Ha. The present man power of this estate is 366 Tappers, 294 Field workers, 71 staff and 2 Officers.

Nilambur Estate

The estate is located in Malappuram District in Kerala. The estate is spread over 573 Ha. and clefts inside Nilambur wild life sanctuary. In this estate employment is given to 80 Tappers, 71 Field workers, 14 staff and 2 Officers.

Perambra Estate

The estate is located in Kozhikode District in Kerala. The estate is spread over 943 Ha. on the bank of Peruvannamoozhi river and Dam. The estate has 15 Tappers,313 Field workers, 26 staff and 4 Officers on its work force.

Plantation Valley The Farm Resort

One more tourist destination was added to Kerala Tourism when the state's first eco-friendly farm resort "Plantation Valley" was launched at Athirappilly near Chalakudy in 2002 by the Plantation Corporation of Kerala.
