Hospitals

The Company provides free medical facilities to all its workers, employees and officers in its own Hospitals as part of welfare measures in line with Plantation Labour Act. At present the company has four Hospitals, one each at Kodumon Group, Kalady Group, Perambra estate and in Malabar Group with inpatient facility. Welfare schemes like self employment schemes for dependents of workers of the estates, training programmes for women empowerment and skill upgradation are all being initiated now to ensure a healthy and sustainable living environment for the workers as well as their family members.

Schools

The company is maintaining two schools exclusively for the children of our employees. One High School at Kalady Group of Estates and another Upper Primary School at Perambra Estate is functioning now.

Inspection Bangalows

The Company maintains three inspection bungalows in Kodumon Estate, Athirappilly Estate and in Perambra Estate. All are located at prime locations famous for natural beauty and panoramic scenes. Company provides residential facilities to all its employees. Recreation facilities and creches etc.. are other facilities being maintained by the company as part of welfare measures.
